Serge has developed the Countdown 100 "group approach" where groups of middle managers help each other to go through their respective transitions. They learn to coach each other and to help practice effective behaviors for their challenging interactions and meetings.  

Serge is an accredited Associate Member from the SFCoach (“Société Française de Coaching”) and an Action Learning Coach from the WIAL (World Institute for Action Learning). To maintain a high level of professionalism, Serge is engaged in permanent supervision from a senior member of the SFCoach and from the WIAL.

Serge has created and led the Change Management practices at Arthur D. Little and KPMG Consultants. He has then managed the redeployment of the Unisys consultants and engineers in the Belgian financial sector group. He became an independant consultant and coach in 2003.
