Marc Uyttendaele

After 7 years in industry and 14 years in consulting, Marc Uyttendaele is recognized by his clients as an effective and reliable coach in growing teams and individuals in periods of significant change. This experience is the basis for his belief in the structured countdown 100 approach in growing leaders in transition. Marc's clients appreciate his capacity to assist teams in converging towards a shared ambition, and to mobilize people for that ambition. His approach in facilitating and coaching is founded in his strong belief in the human potential. He combines this with a relentless focus on tangible business results. Beginning of 2008, he founded in motion consulting together with Marc Renard and some of their former colleagues. Marc is a certified coach according to the International Coaching Federation standards. He is also certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Team Management Profiles, Team Performance and Linking Skills Profiles, Advanced Facilitation, and Leadership and Mastery. He is regularly asked to deliver training programmes in leadership and change. Marc works fluently in english, french and dutch. He has worked throughout Europe for companies such as GDF SUEZ, UCB, BNP Paribas, Dexia, Euronext, Trane, Ajinomoto, Sanoma, the European Parliament and several public sector organizations in Belgium.
