 Anne specializes since 1987 in coaching, training, mediation and
the management of human
resources. Her activities do
cover : - Coaching to help management
meet their difficult transition challenges, to learn to motivate colleagues by valorizing their
work, to elaborate objectives and clarify
all the necessary means to
succeed, to help decision-makers deal with their isolation, to discover creative strategies and means to overcome important obstacles. - Design and facilitation of tailor-made seminars for
team building, conflict management and aggressiveness management. Anne works together with the client management to define the objectives and elaborate the seminar
agenda. - Social and commercial
mediation: defuse tensions, rumors, harassment. - Analysis of internal management processes (audit of professional
skills, motivation of executives and employees). Between 1970 and 1987, Anne
has held different management positions in the HR deparments of
many Belgian and foreign companies. |
